Simon Amphlett

I am a Personal Trainer and Movement Coach with over 13 years experience. I have a whole body approach to training, with biomechanics and movement efficiency as a priority. I strive to get people moving pain free whether for sports performance or everyday life.

Margarita Saidis

My passion is making heath and fitness a positive experience. As well as seeing results, my clients develop a lifelong love for taking care of themselves. My approach is educating clients on how to exercise and what to eat, to give them ownership of their own bodies.
